Masala Rice With Carrot & Beans

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
  • 5 Beans chopped
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • 2 sp Peanuts
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Masala Curry Powder
  • 4 sp Oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves


  1. Combine carrot, beans and pressure cook with a pinch of salt and allow it to cool.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, red chilli, peanuts and fry for 1 min.
  3. Add turmeric powder, curry leaves and fry for 30 secs, then add cooked rice, cooked vegetables and stir.
  4. Now add masala curry powder, salt and mix it well, cook on low flame for a couple of mins with cover.
  5. After that turn of heat and transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and serve with fresh curd.
