Bombay Rava sunnudalu / Suji Laddu / Semolina Sunni Laddu

  • 2 cups Suji / Bombay rava
  • 11/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 Elaichi Pods
  • 1/4 cup Ghee


  1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a frying pan add suji and fry on a low flame till it gives good aroma .
  2. Turn off heat and transfer to a plate and allow it to cool down.
  3. When done grind the fried semolina into a fine powder.
  4. Sugar and elaichi also grind into a fine powder.
  5. In a mixing bowl add ground semolina, sugar powder & mix well.
  6. Now heat remaining ghee in a low flame and add in suji mixture and using a spoon mix the mixture well and keep aside.
  7. Then mix well with hand & take small portion of the mixture & shape into ball, these laddus are yummy yummy and mouth watering.
