Kandi Pachadi / Toor Dal Chutney

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup Toor Dal/Kandi Pappu
  • 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 1 sp Ghee
  • Salt

Method :

  • Heat ghee in a pan add toor dal, red chillies & fry on low flame till they become evenly golden brown in color, then turn off the flame allow it cool.
  • Grind red chillies, cumin seeds and fried kandi pappu into a paste by adding sufficient water & salt.
  • Now andhra special chutney kandi pachadi is ready, transfer into a serving bowl. Serve with hot rice and ghee.
