Macaroni Payasam / Macaroni Kheer - how to prepare Macaroni Payasam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Elbow Model Macaroni
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 Pinch Elaichi Powder
  • Few Cashew Nuts
  • 2 sp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a fry pan add cashew nuts and fry till light brown color then remove from the pan and keep aside.
  2. Next add macaroni and fry on low flame for 2 mins then add milk and cook till done.
  3. Add sugar, ealichi powder and cook for a couple of mins on low flame, once done turn off the flame.
  4. Now macaroni payasam is ready, transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with cashew nuts and serve cool or normal.
