Whole Wheat Laddu / Godhuma Sunnudalu / Godhuma Laddu

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat / Godhumalu
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 Elaichi Pods
  • 3 tbsp Ghee


  1. Grind sugar with eliachi pods into a fine powder & keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 sp ghee in pan on medium heat add whole wheat and fry, roast them until dark golden brown in color then turn off the flame.
  3. Leave it cool and then grind them into a fine powder, remove the wheat powder from the jar into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add ground sugar, remaining warm ghee & mix very well, take small portion of the mixture and shape into a ball.
  5. Now tasty tasty whole wheat laddus are ready, store them in an airtight container.
