Cracked Wheat Laddu / Godhuma Rava Laddu - how to make Cracked Wheat Laddu

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cracked Wheat/Godhuma Rava
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Elaichi Pods
  • 5 sp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Grind sugar along with elaichi pods into a fine powder and keep in a bowl.
  2. Heat 1 sp ghee in pan on medium heat add wheat rava and fry.
  3. Roast the wheat rava until golden brown in color and turn off the flame.
  4. Transfer into a bowl and let it cool for a couple of mins.
  5. And then grind the fried rava into a fine powder.
  6. Transfer powdered rava to sugar powder and mix well.
  7. Add remaining warm ghee and mix until it is well combined.
  8. Take small portion of the mixture and shape into a ball.
  9. Now cracked wheat laddus are ready, store them in an airtight container.
