Cabbage Carrot Curry / Patta Gobhi Carrot Kura

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Cabbage
  • 1 cup grated Carrot
  • 3 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.
  2. Once done add curry leaves, green chillies & stir.
  3. Add grated carrot, chopped cabbage & stir well.
  4. Add in turmeric powder, salt and stir, sprinkle little water and mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low flame, keep stirring in between.
  6. When it done remove the lid & mix well, cook for 1 min without lid on low flame.
  7. Transfer into a serving bowl, cabbage carrot mixed curry is ready to serve.
  8. Serve with rice or rotis.
