Dosa Karam With Red Chilli Powder

  • 3 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 2" inches Tamarind Flake
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 sp Jaggery (if required)
  • Salt to taste


  1. Soak tamarind in little water.
  2. After that grind along with salt, onion, garlic & red chilli powder into a smooth paste.
  3. If you want sweet add jaggery, otherwise not necessary.
  4. Now dosa karam with red chilli powder is ready to serve.
  5. Serve with dosa, idly or chapathi.
