1 Cup Urad Dal4 Cups Rice
1/4 Cup Poha / Atukulu
Salt to taste
- Soak urad dal and rice in separate bowls.
- Wash and soak atukulu in a bowl separately.
- Wash and grind urad dal, rice & poha into a thick & smooth paste.
- Mix them well and allow it for fermenting overnight.
- Next day morning stir the batter with enough salt.
- Add water for pouring consistency like dosa batter.
- Now dosa batter is ready to prepare dosa.
