Raw Mango Chutney / Pachi Mamidikaya Roti Pachadi

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size Raw Mango/Mamidikaya
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Chutney Popu :
  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 1/2 sp Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1/2 sp Menthlu
  • 1 pinch Inguva
  • 3 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash mango well and cut into small pieces with skin & keep aside
  2. Heat oil in pan add chutney popu ingredients and fry.
  3. Once done add green chillies & fry for 30 secs, then remove from the flame.
  4. Allow it to cool, grind the fried popu, salt, turmeric powder.
  5. Add little water and grind, lastly add mango pieces and grind slightly.
  6. Remove from the jar and transfer into a serving bowl.
  7. Now raw mango/mamidikaya pachadi is ready to serve, serve with hot rice & ghee.
