Beaten Rice Yogurt Bath With Onion / Curd Poha With Onion

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thick Poha/Beaten Rice
  • 1 cup Curd/Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli Crocked
  • Coriander Leaves chopped
  • few Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash poha and drain, sprinkle little water & keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. After that add curd, milk, salt and mix everything and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard, chana dal, urad dal, red chilli and fry.
  4. Once done add green chillies, chopped onion, curry leaves and fry.
  5. When it cool add this popu to curd poha bath and mix well.
  6. Now add chopped coriander leaves & mix well, curd poha is ready.
  7. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
