Peanut Raw Mango Chutney / Palli Pachi Mamidikaya Pachadi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanuts / Pallilu
  • 1 small Mango
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • Salt
  • For Chutney Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 6 Red Chillies
  • 1 pinch Hing
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel mango and chop into small pieces & keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add chutney ingredients and fry for 2 mins.
  3. Remove the fried popu from the pan and keep aside.
  4. Fry the peanuts in the same pan until the raw smell goes & allow it cool.
  5. Grind fried popu, pallilu, mango pieces along with salt & turmeric powder, if needed add little water.
  6. Palli pachi mamidikaya pachadi is ready, remove from the jar and serve with rice or roti.
