Wheat & Millet Flour Dosa / Godhuma & Ragi Pindi Dosa

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Ragi Pindi / Millet Flour
  • Water
  • Salt
  • 4 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine the wheat flour, ragi flour, salt together, add enough water & make a batter like dosa batter.
  2. Heat a griddle and grease it with oil before pouring the batter.
  3. Pour it at the center of the pan and spread the batter quickly.
  4. Now apply little oil around the edges of the dosa.
  5. When the edges start browning, flip the dosa on the other side and cook for 1 min on low flame.
  6. Cook both sides & transfer into a serving plate, now godhuma, ragi pindi dosa is ready to serve.
  7. Serve it with karivepaku podi or any pickle.
