Chalimidi For Naivedyam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Rice Flour
  • 3/4 cup grated Jaggery
  • 2 Elaichi pods
  • 2 sp Milk or 2 sp Cow Ghee

Instructions

  1. Combine rice flour, jaggery, elaichi and blend into a powder.
  2. Remove from the jar & place in a bowl add little milk / ghee, mix it slightly and make a dough.
  3. Now raw rice chalimidi is ready as naivedyam for Lord Muragan/Subrahmanyeswara Swamy.
