Kothimeera Annam / Coriander Rice

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cup cooked Rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped Kothimeera
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • fistful Peanuts
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 dry Red Chillies
  • Curry Leaves
  • 4 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add peanuts and fry, when done remove from the pan & keep aside.
  2. In the same pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add green chillies, curry leaves & stir.
  3. Then add chopped coriander, turmeric powder and stir well, cook on low flame for about 3 to 4 mins, next add peanuts and stir.
  4. Then add cooked rice, salt & mix it very well, now kothimeera rice is ready to serve, serve hot.
