Sithapal Rabdi / Custard Apple Rabdi

Ingredients

  • 1 lt Milk
  • 2 no Custard Apple / Sitaphal
  • chopped few Pista & Badam
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the custard apples and remove the seeds from the pulp & keep it aside.
  2. Boil milk in a non-stick pan, keep stirring now and then till it reduces to half its original quantity then add sugar and stir.
  3. Stir it until the sugar dissolves in the milk, turn off the flame & allow it to cool.
  4. Mash the sitaphal pulp with a spoon and add it to the reduced milk and mix well, place in the refrigerator to rest at least one hour.
  5. Yummy yummy sitaphal rabdi is ready, before serving sprinkle chopped nuts on top and serve cool.
