Spicy Pearl Millet Roti / Spicy Bajra Flour Roti - how to prepare Spicy Sajja Rotte

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cup Bajra Flour / Sajja Pindi
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 4 Green Chillies chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind onion, green chillies into a coarse paste and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl add bajra flour, salt, ground paste and mix well.
  3. Add enough lukewarm water and knead into a soft dough and divide the dough into small balls.
  4. Take a plastic paper and grease it with oil, place the dough ball on it.
  5. Apply little oil and press it into a round circle like chapathi, then place the roti carefully over the hot tawa.
  6. Cook the bajra roti both sides on medium flame till done.
  7. Now spicy sajja rotte is ready to serve, serve with fresh curd.
