Carrot Chapathi / Carrot Roti - how to make Carrot Chapathi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 Carrot finely grated
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 sp Chat Masala Powder (optional )
  • 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Place wheat flour into a bowl and add above ingredients expect oil and mix well.
  2. Add enough water, 1 sp oil and make a soft dough, keep it aside for 15 mins with cover.
  3. Kned well and divide the dough into lime sized balls.Flatten one ball of the dough with your hand.
  4. Roll it out into a chapathi, heat a griddle, when it hot cook chapahti on both sides with oil.
  5. Now carrot chapathi is ready to serve, serve with fresh curd or curry.
