Pala Kova / Milk Kohya – How to make home made Pala kova

Serving Size: 1 cup full

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Whole Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 sp Elaichi Powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take a non-stick pan add milk and bring it to a boil, once the milk starts boiling stir continuously.
  2. Continue to boil on low - medium, keep stirring the milk from time to time to prevent sticking to the pan.
  3. Once the milk reduced to 3/4th of original quantity, in this stage add sugar and mix well & cook it for another 5 mins.
  4. Lastly transfer it into a greased plate and allow it cool. Now Diwali sweet homemade palakova is ready.
