Instant Rice Flour Dosa / Biyyam Pindi Dosa – Dosa Recipes

  • 1 small cup Rice Flour / Biyyam Pindi
  • 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for dosa


  1. In a mixing bowl combine above ingredients (except oil) mix together and prepare a thin batter with enough water.
  2. Heat a non-stick tawa, apply 1/2 sp of oil on the hot tawa and spread it evenly with a sliced onion.
  3. When hot pour a ladle full of batter on the hot tawa and apply 1 sp of oil around the edges of the dosa & cook it on medium heat till it turns crispy.
  4. Once done flip the dosa on the other side and cook for 30 secs and remove from the pan. Repeat the procedure for the next dosa by mixing the batter well and prepare dosas.
  5. Now instant rice flour dosas are ready to serve, serve with pickle or chutney powder.
