  • 1 cup Phool Makhana
  • 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Elaichi Pods
  • little Warm Milk


  1. Heat a pan add lotus seeds and dry roast on low heat till they become crisp & slightly golden brown in color, then remove from the pan & allow it to cool.
  2. Now put them in a mixie jar and grind into a fine powder along with elaichi pods and keep aside. In a mixing bowl add ground makhana, desiccated coconut and mix.
  3. Then add condensed milk, ground sugar and mix well. Add in 2-3 tablespoons of warm milk and mix it well, take small portions and make into small lemon-sized balls.
  4. Now yummy yummy phool makhana laddus are ready, it's very easy to prepare and very tasty.
