Besan Methi Ka Cheela / Gram Flour Methi Ka Puda/Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 small cup Besan/Gram Flour/Senaga Pindi
  • handful chopped Methi Leaves/Menthi Kura
  • 1/2 sp Ajwain Seeds/Carom Seeds/Vamu
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 Onion Finely chopped
  • 1/2 sp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 sp chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for dosa frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add above ingredients (except oil) mix together & add enough water to it and make a smooth batter without lumps.
  2. Heat a tawa & grease it with little oil before pouring the batter, when hot pour a ladle full of batter in the centre and spread carefully with back of the ladle.
  3. Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges of the cheela, once it's done, turn it to the other side, apply 1 sp oil and cook in low flame for 1 min.
  4. Repeat the same process for other pudas also, now healthy breakfast besan methi ka cheela is ready, serve hot with chutney or pickle.
