Besan Milk Burfi / Besan Burfi With Milk Powder – Holi Special Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gram Flour/Besan/Senaga Pindi
  • 1 cup Sugar Powder
  • 1/2 cup Amulya Milk Powder
  • 2 Elaichi Pods
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 sp chopped Almonds
  • 2 sp chopped Pista

Instructions

  1. Grind sugar with elaichi pods into a fine powder and keep aside, take a plate and grease it with little ghee & keep aside
  2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, once hot add gram flour and fry- stirring continuously on low heat till it gives good aroma & turns light reddish color.
  3. Add milk powder to roasted gram flour and stir, now add sugar and mix it well, then add 2 tbsp milk and remove from the pan & mix very well.
  4. Transfer the burfi mixture onto a greased plate and spread it evenly, sprinkle chopped dry fruits over the mixture and press them gently.
  5. Let it leave for some time and cut it into desired pieces, now milk besan burfi is ready, store them in an airtight container.
