Kaju Besan Laddu – how to make Kaju Besan Laddu - Holi special recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Besan/gram Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Nuts Powder
  • 1 cup powdered Sugar
  • 2 Elaichi Pods
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 2 sp crushed Pistas

Instructions

  1. Grind sugar with elaichi pods into a fine powder and keep aside, then grind kaju also into a fine powder and keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, when hot add gram flour and fry- stirring continuously on low heat till it gives good aroma & turns light reddish color.
  3. Then remove from the pan to a bowl and allow it cool slightly, then add in cashew nut powder, ground sugar and mix thoroughly with hand.
  4. Take some amount of the besan mixture and make into small lemon sized balls and set aside to cool, once cooled sprinkle with crushed pistas and serve.
