Stuffed Green Chilli Fry With Besan/Besan Stuffed Green Chilli

Ingredients

  • 6 nos Green Chillies/Big Green Chillies
  • 1 small cup Besan/Senaga Pindi
  • 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 sp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 sp Ajwain Seeds(optional)
  • salt to taste
  • 3-4 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the green chillies and slit lengthwise on one side and remove the seeds.
  2. In a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain seeds and 1 sp oil & mix together, now stuffing is ready, then stuff each green chilli with the besan mixture.
  3. Heat remaining oil in a wide pan and place the stuffed green chillies and cook on low-medium flame with cover.
  4. Once done turn carefully and cook on all sides till done, now stuffed green chilli fry is ready, turn off the flame and transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
