Carrot Corn Curd Rice

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Curd
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
  • 1 Green Chilli chopped
  • 1 sp chopped Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • few chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Curry Leaves
  • 11/2 sp Oil


  1. Combine and cook chopped carrot and sweet corn with little salt, once done keep it aside.
  2. In a wide bowl spread the cooked rice, when cooled add curd/yogurt, milk, salt and mix very well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients & fry, once done add green chillies, curry leaves, ginger and fry for 30 secs.
  4. Then add cooked carrot corn mix, coriander leaves and stir-fry for a couple of mins after that turn off the flame & allow it to cool.
  5. Once cooled pour the fried carrot mix and mix everything well, now carrot corn curd rice is ready.
  6. Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
