Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan add chopped cashew nuts and fry, then remove to a plate & keep aside. Add suji, ragi flour to the same pan and stir-fry.
Fry on low flame for 5 mins or till the raw smell disappears, then pour boiled water carefully to it and stir constantly until it thickens. Now add sugar & stir -cook till soft lump is formed and leaves the bottom.
Then add chopped cashew nuts, remaining ghee and mix well. Now ragi suji halwa is ready. Transfer into serving bowls, garnish with fried cashew nuts and serve.
