  • 1 cup Suji/Semolina/Bombay Rava
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • few chopped Cashew Nuts
  • few Raisins
  • 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
  • little Milk
  • 2 sp Ghee


  1. Heat 2 sp ghee in a pan add suji/semolina and stir-fry on slow fire till it turns slightly brown then turn off the flame and transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, elaichi powder, chopped cashew nuts & mix together, then sprinkle warm milk over the rava mixture and mix thoroughly and keep aside with cover for 10 mins.
  3. Mix well again and roll the mixture into laddus with raisins, now rava laddus are ready for naivedyam.
