Curry Leaves Coriander Leaves Chutney / Karivepaku Kothimeera Pachadi-side dish for Dosa and Idli

Ingredients

    For Chutney :
  • 1 cup Curry Leaves
  • 1 cup chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • small Lemon Size Tamarind
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak tamarind in little water and keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. After that grind all above chutney ingredients to a smooth paste.
  3. If water is required use the tamarind soaked water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan add popu and fry, once done add in ground chutney & mix well.
  5. Fry it on low flame for 2 mins, when done turn off the flame.
  6. Now curry leaves coriander leaves chutney is ready for South Indian breakfast recipes
