Masala Corn / Sweet Corn Masala – How to make Masala Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Corn
  • few chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/8 sp Garam Masala Powder
  • enough Salt
  • 1 sp Ghee

Instructions

  1. Boil sweet corn with little salt for 5-6 mins on medium flame until soft , once done strain them.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, once hot add cooked corn and mix well, then add in salt, red chilli, garam masala powders and stir it well.
  3. Fry them on high flame for 30 secs, add chopped coriander leaves and mix well then turn off the flame.
  4. Now masala sweet corn is ready to serve, transfer into serving cups, garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
