Ragi Rava Dosa / Finger Millet Suji Dosa – Instant Ragi Flour Rava Dosa - Millet Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 small cup Suji/Semolina/Bombay Rava
  • 1 small cup Ragi Atta/Finger Millet Flour
  • 1/4 same cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 sp chopped Green Chillies
  • 2 sp finely chopped Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for dosa

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl put all the above ingredients & mix them together, then add enough water and mix well until a pouring consistency, now ragi rava dosa batter is ready, let it leave for 15 mins.
  2. Heat a non- stick tawa and grease it lightly with oil before pouring the batter, pour a ladle full of batter from the edges towards the center, do not spread the batter.
  3. Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges & pour a little oil in the holes of the dosa and cook till the base is brown. Then fold it twice to make it quarter circle & remove from the heat, repeat the same process with the remaining batter.
  4. Now ragi pindi rava dosa/finger millet rava dosa is ready to serve, ragi dosa is a healthy breakfast dish made with ragi flour and suji, serve hot with any chutney.
