Cook all chopped vegetables, green peas with little salt until done and keep aside. Meanwhile, combine all paste ingredients and grind into a fine paste with enough water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, green chillies, onion and fry for 1 min, then add ginger garlic paste and stir. Add tomato pieces and cook until soft, when done add ground paste, turmeric powder, salt and little sugar, mix well and cook for 2 mins on low-medium flame.
Then add the boiled vegetables along with water and mix everything well, let it cook for a couple of mins and then turn off the flame.
