Ragi Laddu / Finger Millets Laddu – Kids Special - Millet Recipes

  • 1 cup Ragi Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Elaichi Pods
  • 1/4 cup Ghee


  1. Heat ghee in a pan add ragi flour and stir-fry till you get nice aroma, then turn off the flame, transfer into a bowl & allow it cool.
  2. Meantime, grind sugar into a smooth powder along with elaichi pods, then add ground sugar powder to ragi flour.
  3. Then mix it very well with your hand and take small portions of this mixture & roll them into balls. Now ragi laddus are ready, store them in an airtight container.
