Grind the corn kernels into paste without adding water & keep aside. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan add ground corn paste and saute it for 2 mins on medium flame.
Add milk and cook till the milk is absorbed, then add in sugar and stirring continuously on low-medium heat till the mixture leaves the the sides of the pan. Once done add elaichi powder, chopped dry fruits and mix well.
Sweet corn halwa/corn sheera is ready, transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve hot or cool.
