Palak Moong Dal Dosa / Palak Pesarattu / Spinach Whole Moong Dal Dosa

1 small cup Green Moong Dal/Pesalu
4 Green Chillies
1 cup chopped Spinach
1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
2 sp chopped Ginger
Salt to taste
Oil for dosa
Wash the green moong dal, rice thoroughly and soak them in water for 5-6 hours or overnight. After that grind soaked moong dal with the remaining ingredients(except oil & cumin seeds, salt) into a smooth batter with enough water.Transfer it to a bowl, then add cumin seeds, salt and mix well, now palak/spinach dosa batter is ready.
Heat a dosa pan and grease it with little oil, when hot pour a ladle full of the batter in the center & spread it into a thin round with the back of the ladle. Now apply 1 sp of oil around the edges of dosa, when done turn to the other side and cook for another 30 secs, remove to plate. Repeat the same with remaining batter, now spinach moong dal dosa/palak pesarattu is ready to serve, serve with any pickle or chutney.
