Besan Spinach Ka Cheela / Gram Flour Palak Ka Puda / Besan Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 small cup Besan/Gram Flour/Senaga Pindi
  • handful chopped Spinach/Palakura
  • 1/2 sp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 Onion Finely chopped
  • 1/2 sp chopped Ginger
  • 2 sp chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for dosa frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add above ingredients (except oil) mix together & add enough water to it and make a smooth batter without lumps.
  2. Heat a tawa & grease it with little oil, when hot pour a ladle full of batter to the centre and spread carefully with back of the ladle. Now apply 1 sp oil around the edges of the cheela, once it's done, turn it to the other side and apply 1/2 sp oil, cook on low flame for 1 min. Repeat the same process for other pudas/dosa, now healthy breakfast besan palak ka cheela is ready, serve hot with chutney or pickle.
