Achari Paratha / Pickle Paratha - Chapathi Recipes

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour/Godhuma Pindi
  • 3 sp Mango Avakai
  • 2 sp fresh Yogurt
  • enough Water
  • little Salt
  • 3 sp Ghee/Oil


  1. Place wheat flour in a mixing bowl add mango pickle and mix well, then add in curd, little salt, enough water and make a soft dough, keep aside for 15 mins with cover.
  2. After that knead well and make it three big lemon sized balls and keep aside, take one dough ball & roll it into a chapathi. Then fry it on a hot tawa with ghee/oil on both sides, repeat the same process with the remaining dough balls.
  3. Now achari paratha are ready, serve them hot with fresh curd/yogurt or pickle.
