Dates And Almond Smoothie/Dates Badam Smoothie-Beverages

Ingredients

  • 5 no Deseeded Dates
  • 8 no Almonds/Badam
  • 1/4 cup fresh Yogurt/Curd
  • 1 cup boiled, cooled Milk
  • 4 sp Sugar
  • 1/2 sp Vanilla essence(optional)
  • for Garnishing :
  • 2 sp chopped Badam

Instructions

  1. Soak almonds in hot water & keep aside for 10 min and then remove the skin. Place almonds, dates, sugar and yogurt in a mixie jar.
  2. Blend until smooth paste, then add in milk and blend it again for 5 secs. Now dates almond milk smoothie is ready, pour into glasses and garnish with chopped badam and serve immediately.
