Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chilled Milk
  • 1/4 cup Hot Milk
  • 1 pinch Ealichi Powder
  • 3 sp Sugar
  • 4 no Cashew Nuts
  • 3 Pistachios
  • 3 no Almonds
  • 2 Figs/Angeer
  • 5 no Raisins
  • 1/2 sp Badam, pista powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak dry fruits in hot milk for 20 mins and keep aside.
  2. After that grind the soaked dry fruits into a smooth paste with sugar, then add in chilled milk, cardamom powder and blend again. Now dry fruits milkshake is ready, pour in a tall glass and sprinkle crushed dry fruits & serve immediately.
