  • 1/2 lt Milk
  • 5 no Anjeer/Dry Figs
  • small cup Cream
  • small cup Milk Powder
  • small cup Sugar
  • 1/2 sp Elaichi Powder


  1. Wash and soak anjeer/dry figs in 1/2 cup of water and keep aside, boil milk in a vessel on low flame, keep stirring occasionally until it reduced to half its original quantity, add sugar and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins, then add cream, mix well & cook for a min on low flame.
  2. Add milk powder and mix well, simmer for a min then turn off the flame and allow it to cool. Meantime, grind the soaked anjeer into a smooth paste and add it to milk mixture and mix well.
  3. Add elaichi powder and blend with blender until well mixed. Then fill into kulfi moulds and freeze them for at least 6-8 hours or till frozen. After that mouthwatering dessert anjeer kulfi is ready, before serving dip each kulfi mould in water and turnout into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
