Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, chopped onion, green chillies and stir-fry for a min. Then add ginger garlic paste, powder spices and mix well, sprinkle a little water and cook for a while.
Now add chopped gobi florets and mix well, sprinkle some water and cook with a cover until the curry is half done. Then add chopped spinach, salt and mix well, cover with a lid and cook till done.
Then open the lid and mix well, continue to cook until all the moisture has evaporated. When done, turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl. Now gobi palak dry curry is ready to serve, serve with rice or roti.
