Take bajra poha in a colander and rinse it under running water, then squeeze them and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add chopped curry leaves, chopped green chilli, onion and saute till tender.
Then add chopped tomato, turmeric powder and cook for a while till soft. Add a splash of water if needed. Now add squeezed bajra poha, salt and mix everything well. Cook on low flame for a couple of mins with a lid. After that turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl, now healthy recipe bajra flakes tomato upma is ready, serve hot.
