Beans Porial Recipe / Green Beans Curry With Curry Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Beans
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 2 sp Curry Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • few Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash green beans and trim the both ends and chop them into small pieces. Pressure cook chopped beans along with turmeric powder and enough salt . Allow it to cool, once cooled drain them and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add curry leaves, cooked beans and stir-fry for a couple of mins. Then add curry powder and mix everything well, continue to cook for a while with cover. When done remove from the fire and transfer into a serving bowl and serve with rice.
