Rabdi Laddu Parfait Recipe / Boondi Laddu Rabri Parfait – How to make Rabri Laddu Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lt Milk
  • 4 sp Sugar
  • 1/2 sp Rose Water(optional)
  • 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
  • 2 sp chopped Dry Fruits
  • few Saffron Strings
  • 2 small Glasses

Instructions

  1. Pour milk in a vessel and bring to a boil for 10 mins. Simmer over a medium flame, stirring continuously. After 10 mins the milk reduces to half of its original quantity, then add sugar to it and boil until the sugar completely dissolves in the milk, add elaichi powder and mix well. Once the milk thickens, turn off the flame and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Now take two shot glasses and put 2 laddus in each glass. Crush them and press it gently.
  3. Then place 2-3 sp cooled rabdi/rabri on top of the crushed laddu and tap it slightly, then keep in fridge for 30 mins. Now tasty tasty rabri laddu parfait is ready, before serving garnish with chopped dry fruits, saffron strings and serve.
