Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bajra Flakes/Sajja Atukulu
  • 1 cup Fresh Yogurt/Curd
  • 1/4 cup Milk(optional)
  • 1 sp chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 sp chopped Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • For Popu :
  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1/2 sp Chana Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • chopped Coriander Leaves
  • few Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Instructions

  1. Place bajra poha in a colander and rinse it under running water, then squeeze and transfer the poha to a bowl. Add curd, enough salt and mix well, if needed add little water or milk, keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add chopped curry leaves, green chillies, chopped ginger and fry for 30 secs on low flame. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
  3. Once cooled add it to curd bath and mix well, now healthy breakfast recipe bajra flakes curd bath is ready. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and serve with any pickle
