Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry, once done add chopped green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and fry for 30 secs, then add chopped onion and stir - fry until the onions are translucent.
Then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and stir-cook till soft. Then pour water add salt and allow it to boil.
Once the water start to boiling pour jowar rava and mix it well, cover with a lid and keep cooking on low flame till the jonna rava is completely cooked. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Turn off the flame and let it leave for a couple of mins, now healthy breakfast recipe jonna tomato upma/bath is ready, serve with chutney powder or pickle.
