1 cup Wheat Flour/Godhuma Pindi/Atta
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar With Ealichi
3 sp Butter
1 sp Baking Powder
1/4 sp Baking Soda
1 pinch Salt
In a mixing bowl add butter and mix well, then add ground sugar and continue mixing for 2 mins until well combined. Now add in wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda.
Mix everything well with hand, It will look like bread crumbs, then add water little by little and make a stiff dough. Now atta biscuit dough is ready then cover it tightly with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 20 mins. After that sprinkle little wheat flour and roll it into thick rectangle roti.
Cut the sides evenly and cut into desired pieces with a sharp knife. Place them on a greased baking tray and bake in pre-heated oven for 12-15 mins. Remove from baking tray and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Now crunchy and tasty atta biscuits are ready.
