Ice Cream Burfi / Ice Cream Powder Burfi – How to make Ice Cream Burfi Recipe

1 cup Maida/All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Ice Cream Powder (Vanilla Flavour)
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Ghee
2 sp chopped Dry Fruits
Heat ghee in a pan, when hot add maida and mix well with ghee, stirring continuously on low heat till it gives good aroma and turns light brown in color. Apply little ghee to a plate and keep aside.
Add ice cream powder and mix very well, stir-fry it for a min then remove from the heat and keep aside.
In a bowl combine sugar, water and bring to a boil, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves completely. Continue to cook on low flame till it becomes two string consistency.
Then turn off the flame and pour the sugar syrup over the fried maida mixture. Mix everything well and stir constantly until it becomes a soft dough and starts to leave the sides of the pan then transfer to a greased plate and spread evenly.
Sprinkle chopped dry fruits on top and press them gently. Let it leave for some time and cut into desired pieces. Now mouth watering, delicious ice cream burfi is ready, serve them along with snack item such as salt biscuits. Store them in an airtight container.
