1 cup Wheat Flour/Atta/Godhuma Pindi
3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
3 sp Salted Butter
1 sp Vanilla Essence
3/4 sp Baking Powder
1/4 sp Baking Soda
In a mixing bowl add butter and mix well, then add ground sugar and continue mixing for 2 mins until well combined. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda together over butter mixture.
Add vanilla essence and mix well with hand, It will look like bread crumbs, then add water little by little and make a stiff dough. Now cookie dough is ready, make small balls and place them on a baking tray.
Slightly press the cookie balls with the bottom of the steel tumbler. Then bake them in pre-heated oven for 12 mins until light brown color. Remove from baking tray and place them on a plate. Now crispy and tasty mini atta biscuits are ready.
