Variety Dibba Rotti / Idly Batter CakeIngredients
- 4 cups Idly Batter (equal to 8 idlys)
- 4 tsp Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in heavy bottomed khadai & pour idly batter.
- Put a tumbler in the middle of the batter with water.
- See below picture, cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 10 min.
- When done turn of the heat & cover it for one more min, then remove the glass & transfer into a serving plate.
- Serve with any chutney or powder.
